Currently I am trying to transfer a domain from Namecheap to Godaddy because I have to save as much as I can. Since I built myself a new computer a few weeks ago, my pockets have been run dry and with all my other bills, I have to go about saving even a few dollars if possible.
I checked my namecheap domain’s registrar lock status and it was locked meaning it can’t be transferred out properly. That could be a problem since it is set to expire in less than two weeks. I contacted namecheap and all they told me was stuff I already knew, they told me the domain was Pending Transfer when I already KNEW THAT. I asked if there was a guarantee that it would be pushed properly.
These big domain companies make me mad when it comes to transferring domains out, they just don’t want to let go.
