People often put just the websites name in the Title tags in the html or php index file of any website. Well I even do that with some of my websites. But what should and what can go into title tags? If you can fit some keywords into the title, I would recommend that you do so because it can only help you with your SEO.
My Gamers Forum often has title tags from place to place listing games, consoles, along with the forum’s name which is Gamers Forum. That helps me rank a bit higher in search engines for those game names and consoles. And of course thread titles in Forums and blog post titles in blogs are automatically put into the title tags. These can actually help you more than most SEO White hat tricks AND keywords in meta tags.
